Cancellation Policy
PlannedWay — Client Agreement Terms
You may cancel any booking or confirmed engagement within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation and receive a full refund. After this window, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
1. 24-hour cancellation window
If you wish to cancel, you must do so within 24 hours of receiving your booking or project confirmation email from PlannedWay.
2. How to cancel
Send an email to vaishnavi@plannedway.com within the 24-hour window clearly stating your name, service booked, and your request to cancel. We will confirm receipt within one business day.
3. After 24 hours
Cancellation requests made after the 24-hour window are not accepted, and no refund will be issued. Work already commenced or planned for your project will be considered non-refundable.
4. Discovery & audit calls
Free Systems Chaos Audit sessions can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. No-shows without notice forfeit their slot.
PlannedWay reserves the right to cancel a project at any time if the engagement is no longer a suitable fit. In this case, a pro-rata refund will be issued for work not yet commenced.
